Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy. The most amazing thing: the view of the Santa Rita mountains!! Priceless! »

« We used this apartment as one of our many stops around the AZ national parks. The apartment has all of the basics covered and was a comfortable stay. The views were pretty of the mountains nearby. My only feedback would be to give clearer directions of where the trash/recycling is held as I dug through emails from the building to find that information. »

« Our son graduated and I really wanted NOT to stay in a hotel . Close to the school and Chris was such a great host . We got to visit our son and we loved the rental we opted to stay an extra day and Chris was able to accommodate us. « Very clean and comfortable two bedroom condo. It was very convenient to supermarket and restaurants. Each bedroom had a very comfortable king bed. The area was close to great bicycle trails. »

« This is the cleanest rental I have ever had the pleasure of staying in either domestic or international. Condo is quiet, well-appointed and in a great location near all activities. Parking is right outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and super clean. The photos don’t do the rental justice. It’s a great place! »

« Staying in this home is a vacation in itself! The hillside setting with spectacular views of the valley below is fantastic. We could sit out on the patio for hours enjoying the picturesque landscape, the saguaros and ocotillo, and the many birds that visit. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub each day. The home is well laid out, nicely decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. We felt it was a very special place and loved our stay there. Communication with the hosts was excellent and...
