"Staff was nice, rooms were okay. Our room was next to the road, which was really loud all night with motorcycles, loud backfiring mufflers. We could also hear people talking through the walls at normal volume. First room didn't have working bathroom lights, the second room we were moved to didn't have a working bathroom vent. In the morning a homeless guy was sitting outside our room smoking and talking to himself. Just a sad scene."

"We arrived one hour and fifteen minutes early and was hoping to be able to check in early. We had an event to attend within the hour but we're told if we wanted to check-in early would have to pay an extra $30.00. It would not have been a big deal if we were told this when made the reservation. "
