We had a wonderful stay in this updated older home, including great communication with the owner throughout. Plenty of comfort, complimentary coffee and water much appreciated, and a quiet, restful experience over a holiday weekend. Highly recommended for small groups!
This was a great rental in a very good location. We were able to take the tram or walk to many restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. Parking was easy.
This is an apartment in an older house, but everything worked, it was clean and quiet, and the location is perfect. A few blocks from the university and one block to a streetcar station to take you downtown.
Great communication with owner. Very clean and nice property. Very close to both campus and downtown and easy to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay here again when i visit my daughter at UofA!
We talked about our childhood remembering our grandparents who lived in homes similar to this place. We enjoyed the location close to everthing and we enjoyed our stay most of all warm and great atmosphere. Thank you
The house is just west of the university. It was a good location for what we needed. There is a tram that runs from just east of the university to just west of the downtown area. It was free while we were in Tucson. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Very comfortable king bed. We would stay here again.
Clean and cute. I appreciated the charm of an older home, loved the garden, and the location was perfect for the activities we wanted to enjoy downtown.
We did not spend much time here as we were just traveling through. Very cute house, clean and conveniently located. The only bathroom is off the master bedroom so for 2 couples, could be a little odd. It was fine for a family.
The location was excellent for our visit to U of A. Walkable to the university, restaurants, coffee and grocery. Off street parking, quiet neighborhood and easy check in. Great communication with the host. We didn’t do major cooking so can’t speak to kitchen amenities. Very comfortable beds. Older home that has been updated so don’t expect brand new. Bathroom is thru the bedroom so best for families or very good friends if more than two are traveling. We would have tried the free streetcar but everything was so close and we enjoyed walking, but it’s free and just up the block from the house.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Decent remodeled, bang for your buck!
Everything listed is what to expect, parking was tight but had a park and a pass. Steep stairs in the back but convenient door. Old on the outside, remodeled on the inside, pretty cool pull out bed was a nice surprise! Thanks !! I’d stay again, clean space all around!
