"Everything seemed on the cheap. Breakfast was put out in small amounts every day we had to ask for something, no pool towels, no cleaning until after 5, no replacement on towels, sheets were so thin I thought the pillow cases weren't on. Toilet wobbled like it wasn't set properly same with sink. The room was very clean, but walkways and common areas weren't."

"Standard hotel, room ok. The room seemed clean enough but had a funny smell (maybe odd cleaning fluids). Beeakfast was lacklustre no fruit or yogurt, but functional."

"Every part of this cabin was perfect for our needs. I didnt want to be too close to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge to avoid traffic. This location was close enough to go to those places, but perfect if you're looking to have more time in nature.I have two teens and having separate bedrooms for them was fantastic. The master was downstairs so everyone had plenty of space.The host provided enough laundry detergent to get us through our two day stay. I love being able to do laundry so I dont have to truck home a bunch of dirty clothes, so this was much appreciated. They also left us some welcome snacks which my kids loved.And the best part was the communication from our host. I received details about the contactless check-in well in advance of our stay along with other helpful details. The day we arrived, Rhonda texted to verify that everything was good and to remind us to ensure no food was left in the car since the bears were out and about. About an hour later, she actually called to let me know that we had a bear cub on the front porch. While we were chatting, he had moved to the back of the property. We were able to stand on the second story deck and watch the cub, mama bear and an older cub in the back yard for about half an hour. Obviously I cant promise you will see bears during your stay, but if they do wander onto the property, you can safely watch them from the porch.I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Cabin was great for our large family trip! We had enough space for our group of 18, the location was very nice, we enjoyed the hot tub and walking to the nearby trail. "

"Wow! What a cute, cozy little cabin. The place was extremely comfortable, clean, and dressed adorably. The owner was extremely kind. The cabin is close to some super cool outdoor activities like Cades Cove and Tuckaleechee caverns. I would definitely visit here again. "

"This cabin is beautiful and has a lot of space. Wasn’t as secluded as I expected but it was at a dead end road and only noticed a couple people around and I believe they lived in the area. The host was amazing, answered all of my questions and even met us at the cabin for a personal tour of the home and what her expectations were as we stayed there and upon our departure. Would definitely recommend her cabin to anyone looking for their Smokie Mountain trip!!"

"We rented this house for a get together with a bunch of Army guys who served together. House was great, plenty of space. Listing says they provide 2 bath towels per person, initial supply of toulet paper and dish washer soap. We were allotted 1 bath towel per person, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no dishwasher soap. Communication with the host is lacking. Very long response time. Some messages never being answered. The last day of our stay the upstairs(main level) air conditioner went out. It was an 85 day. We were out most of the day in Cades Cove. We return to the house and its 78 air isnt flowing at all. We message the host through the chat option. No response. We waited over an hour and then decided to call, it was 11:37pm at this time. My husband spoke to someone who basically said its not their problem and told us to open the the windows and then hung up on them. Then they message me back telling us they aren't a hotel and dont offer the same amenities as a hotel would. Never once did they apologize for the inconvenience of staying in a hot stuffy cabin. All of us that were in an upstairs bedroom had to camp out on the floor in the downstairs game room. All in all the house was in a good location, but the poor way the host washed their hands of the non-functioning air conditioning really left the experience as a bad one. "
