« The lake view was great. The condo was on Donner Pass Road with super easy access to Truckee and all the shops and restaurants. The small room upstairs had a very low slanted ceiling - it’s good for kids, but not great for adults. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling from standing up. « We had a wonderful stay at this home in Northstar! The spot looks like it have been renovated recently, has comfortable beds, and a great open living / dining room one the top floor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to cook as well. It is a short walk to the rec center and hiking trails. There are buses that can be taken from the rec to King's Beach and Truckee is only 10-15 minutes away as well. We came in the summer but it is probably even better in the winter if you like...
