« This was our second time staying here and we highly recommend! Host has thought of everything to help guests have an enjoyable time with high quality mattresses, sheets, towels, kitchen equipment, furniture, entertainment, etc. Even the adults could enjoy the zip line! Loved time with family outside in the mornings/evenings with everyone as the outdoor property is also beautiful and peaceful just like the inside. »

« The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again! »

« A comfortable place for my women's weekend away. The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Kitchen equipment was sparse - we needed to supply cutting boards and a toaster. The oven broke the first night of our stay, but the host communicated quickly with us to try to find a solution. The listing shows the property sleeps 14, but there are only beds for 10. Two provided air mattresses make up the difference, though one of them leaked severely and...

« Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do. »

« We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house. Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Xenia, Ohio is a beautiful place for an extended spring-time bike holiday. We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house. And our host, Adam, provided us with useful information about the area. Thanks to all. »

« The property is nice but I was disappointed with the window air conditioning. "Modern amenities" to me includes central air. There could have been a few more dishes available too. There were only 2 cereal bowls, no serving bowls and no skillet or for preparing breakfast. There was a stove top griddle I found but it was warped and barely usable.
