"Very clean and beautiful structure. The pictures on the site make you think you will have a river view and maybe even be able to walk out to the river. That is not real. It’s a short hike or a drive to the river. Not a huge deal but we were a bit surprised. The fireplace smokes up the entire home. We turned off the the heat and it still did it. Fireplace is beautiful and heated the room but smoke was everywhere!!! Other than that, I would stay there again!"

"The cabins are pretty sparse, but they have everything you need. Property Management was very friendly and responsive in person and over Vrbo IM. This place kind of reminds me of when you went to camp in 5th grade, or on a vacation with your parents and you can just walk around and see a bunch of other families hanging out and stuff. They have the game room and mini golf and the river and lots of activities. Good experience."

"I liked the quiet neighborhood. Parking was a little tight and had to back out of a fairly steep driveway onto the main road, but there was little traffic so not too bad. Beds were comfortable. My biggest concern was finding hairs and a small piece of a soap bar on the upstairs shower floor. The shower was obviously not cleaned properly, if at all. That was gross!"

"The property was amazing. It had great views and the house was very nice. There isn’t water access and the fire pit was filled in with dirt so we couldn’t use it. The pictures made it seem like we could access the river but was not the case. Other than that the property was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. "We enjoyed our stay. The outside area wasn’t cleaned prior to us arriving so there was a lot of debris all over the decks, tables ,chairs and in the pool. There are alot of trees so it’s a given that debri is expected. Over all we had a great vacation and it was so quiet and peaceful. Colleen was very responsive and helpful when I need to contact her."

"We enjoyed our time here, the location is great, the sounds of the river were very relaxing. The town nearby was great to get groceries and food. The only issue we had is that this cabin is under construction it seems, there was no usable closet space because of this. I would still recommend it though."

"We had a wonderful stay, the house is perfect for relaxing and it had all the amenities we needed. We ate in town for all meals as we didn't want to cook, but if we did the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was amazing and the weather was just right. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was amazing! I loved the tiles. Would stay there again! Our host was very responsive if we had any questions."

"I was looking for a basic, no-frills room at a great price and this place filled the bill perfectly. I especially liked the receptionist, (I forgot his name), who was very warm and friendly, got me set up in my room right away, and gave me a parking place with access to an electrical plug which I needed. He also went out of his way to find me a chair in the evening when he saw me sitting out front with a beverage taking in the view. What more could you ask for?"
