Detached 90 m² house in a residential area. Single-story. Living room with kitchenette, Wi-Fi internet access, and decorative fireplace. Two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with one double bed (160 cm). Shower room. Separate WC. Gas central heating. Secure bicycle storage. Enclosed 500 m² garden with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a griddle. Linens, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity, and heating are included. Towels: €5 per person per change. Sheets: €10 per bed per change. Reinforced electrical outlet on site: €5 per recharge.  
Baby equipment: 1 cot and 1 high chair. Just a short walk from the center of Trélissac (100 m) and only 5 km from Périgueux, you'll be charmed by this welcoming, recently renovated cottage, nestled in a cul-de-sac, with shops within walking distance. The immediate proximity to the greenway for walking or cycling is ideal. River fishing 500m away in the Isle. Thanks to its central location in the Dordogne, this rental will appeal to those wishing to explore the diverse facets of the Périgord region: Périgueux (City of Art and History), Sarlat (medieval town with exceptional heritage), Les Eyzies-de-Tayac (Capital of Prehistory), Montignac (International Centre for Cave Art, Lascaux 4), Bergerac (Wine Route and fortified towns), Brantôme ("Venice of the Périgord" and its abbey)...
