I loved this hotel. Staff were so friendly and our room was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette including a two burner induction cooktop with pots, frying pan and cooking utensils, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, small refrigerator and sink with soap and towels, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. We had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped and very convenient. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and the self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

I loved this beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing, so helpful and kind❤️ The quaint breakfast room has everything you need to start you're day in a truly unique part of the globe. Excellent service provided. Our host answered our questions about a late arrival, was very friendly when we arrived just before she left for the day. The room was renovated and comfortable with a great little kitchenette, the common areas were a little more rustic but very comfortable and overlooking the lake. All in all we could have spent more time it we had it. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel to stay in the central upper Austria region. Lovely restaurant on the main level. Very clean. We were upgraded to the spa room on the top floor, which was incredible. Huge room with a sauna inside the room, unreal! Turned the sauna on in the morning, which only took 15 min to heat up. The entire room smelled aromatic. Afterwards we enjoyed the breakfast, which was qualitative with amazing views of Steyr. A mobile a/c unit helped keep the room cool, but we had to fill it with...
