This place feels like a hidden gem I am so glad I stumbled upon. It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday trip, full of relaxation, delicious food, wonderful hospitality and wine. We had two dinners at the property and both were great. Some of the best olives I’ve tasted in my life. I appreciated the welcome drinks and continued to drink their wine varieties throughout the trip. The rosé was my absolute favourite! Maria helped us book a taxi driver for a few hours to bring us to our two...

We absolutely loved our time at the property. Stunning Quinta, great pool, and the staff are so friendly! The food and wine are top notch as well!

Where to start? I will start with STAY HERE! What a lovely property run by incredibly gracious, accommodating people. You really feel as though you are staying in a family home. From the delicious breakfast served every morning to the thoughtful little extra ways they try to make you feel comfortable. We enjoyed sunny mornings and afternoons looking over the Douro Valley from the many patio decks and lovely gardens. Truly a special place. Great access to wine tours in Pinhoa. We did a 2 hour...

Casa Dona Édite was a wonderful stop on our trip. The guest house is simply wonderful with beautiful shared spaces, immaculate rooms and a simply breath taking location. Breakfast was delicious with home made items and Persimmon, grown on the property. The owners were warm and inviting, full of excellent recommendations including delicious tapas at a local cafe and a gorgeous walk through the village with their dog as a talented and attentive guide! (When you stay here you MUST walk to the trees...

The room was stunning, very clean, modern. Just amazing!! Breakfast was very good. A nice selection. No words can describe the staff and their kindness. Their kindness and helpfulness made our stay so special. When we left it was like we left our family. I only hope that we are able to return

Absolutely gorgeous property and impeccable staff. Beautiful breakfast included.

Service impeccable. Très propre et que dire de la vue! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la sélection de vins à la réception ainsi que le service de livraison de nourriture. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour paisible dans le Douro.

Hebergement difficile a trouver. Stationnement gratuit sur place. Petit dejeuner continental dans une pastelaria a proximité parfait. Accès a jus gratuit. Option d'acheter du vin sur place. Attention: pas d'instructions d'usage pour les équipements: poele au gaz, four, micro ondes avec convection.

Perfect place to stay overnight or few days to visit the vineyards along Douro river by train with morning breakfast.

A beautiful winding road takes you to this unique restored vineyard guesthouse. Lovely walks and a delicious breakfast were enjoyed.
