Lovely hotel with really well done communal space design, felt like I was in an architectural digest spread. The room, bed, and pillows were comfortable. The only issue I had was that the water in my shower didn’t stay a constant temperature. Would love to see a hotel like this have a fitness center/gym facility.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Can't ask for much more. The hotel is charming and is in a nice location for road tripping in Kerry, we had a lovely stay and would surely come back if we are ever in the area.

Wonderful lodge on a hill with a great view and outdoor seating area with well maintained garden. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lodge is great for people driving through Ireland. Parking was easy and convenient. Dinner in the bar/restaurant was delightful.

I had a lovely stay at Ballyroe Lodge Hotel, with the beautiful Slievemish Mountains in the distance. The staff were lovely and really made you feel welcome, especially Pelin on reception, who helped sort a taxi issue I had. Pelin would get 10 stars if I could give them ! The breakfast was lovely with an excellent selection, with the fantastic mountain view.There are two car parks, a small one near the hotel and a bigger one nearby.If you want a peaceful relaxing break this is the hotel. It does not have a pool or gym, but that did'nt effect my stay as I would not have used them anyway. The hotel is about 11km from Tralee.

Absolutely lovely, well kept hotel, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and the rooms couldn’t be faulted. I have to make another visit to Tralee in the next month or two and will be really disappointed if I can’t get booked into the Ballyroe lodge again. Food was excellent and the full Irish breakfast will set you up for the day. Keep up the good work and continue what you’re doing 👏 5 *****

When booking the room, I was expecting a typical U.S. Marriott or Holiday Inn styled room, but was completely blown away by the room after checking in. I'm not sure if they recently did renovations, but the room I received was outstanding! It seemed brand new, very modern, and styled wonderfully. The room had a smart TV you can connect to and watch YouTube, Hulu, Prime, etc., robs, a Dyson blowdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and free WiFi. There is plenty of free parking offered as well. They have a bar and restaurant available. I will note in typical European fashion, there was no AC in the room and the room I received was down 2 flights of stairs so be prepared to carry luggage if needed. I didn't mind this though as the place itself was amazing. I would definitely recommend this stay and stay again if I have the chance!

Wonderful location with views across the valley. Well presented and modern with Good food and excellent service. The only thing was the lack of a fan in the room. A 30+ Deg heatwave in May In Ireland!! Overall highly recommend.
