"main door access code was not easy to get as the instructions was not clear and straightforward for that, no staff could help at that time which was in the pretty cold night, there was no air cond. inside untill we entered the room, and the hot shower water was not supplied after 3rd family member finish it that 2 families couldn't take a shower in that cold night"

"The room was not what I expected from this chain of hotels. The room was larger than expected. Fortunately I had the non-smoking floor. I had another room room on the smoking floor and it was a pretty strong odor. Just be careful of what you're booking when making your reservations. Breakfast was limited but perfectly fine for what it is. A solid, dependable stay."
