Both were phenomenal. A real experience. The only downsides were that the room felt a bit tired and the bathroom smelled of stagnant water and had some little bugs in the shower. The included dinner and breakfast were amazing even for Japan standards (but the restaurant staff doesnt speak any English so have google translate ready... they were still friendly and did their best to understand). Its also quite far away from the station so be sure to use the free shuttle.
