The house features a light-filled open plan living and dining, kitchen with breakfast bar and coffee machine, two sizable bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, laundry and fully fenced side garden.  
  
The Space:  
Located in Torquay, you'll be impressed by how spacious and modern this home is. Boasting two bedrooms both with queen size beds, this home can fit up to four guests.  
  
Walk inside this home and you'll fall in love with the carefully selected furnishings and light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The living area has ample seating for all guests and a large flat screen TV with sound bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs with all amenities provided for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and pod coffee machine for you to use at your convenience.   
  
This home has one bathroom with large walk in shower and toilet. There is also a laundry with heat pump washing machine and dryer that you are free to use during your stay.   
  
If you're feeling like a change of scenery, this property also has a fully-fenced outdoor area with BBQ and outdoor furniture. This space is perfect for entertaining on those warm summer nights.  
  
Please note there is no garage access during your stay.
