### Blue Monkey

The property sleeps ten guests across three large double bedrooms (two en suites), a twin room & a bunk room. A Grade II listed home with a large kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, four bathrooms, and a secluded walled garden with a BBQ. The house is situated is seconds from the sea and ideally suited for the perfect baby and pet-friendly vacation. You will find two paddleboards and two kayaks in the garden, free for our guests to use, during your stay.This grade II listed property with garden is a relaxing, luxurious home away from home situated in SE Cornwall in the heart of Cawsand. It is 10 minutes from weddings at Polhawn Fort.(Note: In this case, the translation is essentially identical as the text uses standard English that doesn't significantly differ between British and American English.)The spacious open plan living/dining area is a lovely spot for cozy family nights thanks to its plentiful comfy seats, exposed stone walls, wood stove, television with cable package Netflix, plus a handy range of over 100 books, and over 30 indoor and outdoor board games.The dining room is bright and airy thanks to its whitewashed walls warmed by a stone feature fireplace and large wood dining table with seating for up to 10 guests.(Note: In this case, the translation is identical because the text is already in a form that would be used in both British and American English.)The dining area also provides access to the lovely, illuminated courtyard garden with barbecue and seating area.It is quite a sunspot and an idyllic spot for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, or evening meals outdoors under candlelight.The large kitchen is referred to by guests as far better equipped than my own kitchen.It's ideal for families who love to entertain and stylishly equipped with- SMEG double oven & 5 burner cooktop- SMEG large refrigerator freezer- Emma Bridgewater dinnerware- Nespresso coffee maker- Extra Bosch double oven, built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & food processorThere is a shower room on the first floor which is ideal for washing off days at the beach before settling in the house for the evening.1st FloorThe master suite is a perfect retreat with a lovely king-size bed and enormous en suite bathroom, with shower, romantic clawfoot tub overlooking the garden.The 2nd bedroom, a king-size bed, is another haven with a contemporary white theme, exposed beams and en suite bathroom with clawfoot tub.2ND FLOORShared shower room with the twin bedroom. A further twin room with a lovely feature fireplaceA bunk room with bunk beds overlooks the bay.Arrive to a chilled bottle of welcome champagne, welcome basket with fresh scones, flowers and coastal magazines all provided for your on arrival.Situated in a prominent position in the center of the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and within a stone's throw from both Kingsand and Cawsand beaches.The narrow streets of Kingsand and Cawsand do not allow for private parking however there is a large passing bay outside our neighbor's property where you can unload. Kingsand parking lot is less than 25m away and cars can be parked at the top of the village for free.Additional InformationClean linens and towels will be provided within the total price.(please bring your own beach towels)The property has Wi-Fi.Two well-behaved dogs are allowed with an additional fee $49 per dog per week.Two free kayaks & paddleboards for guest use.Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.
