This was a very nice hotel that was close to the venue we were going to. However they had a power outage, which was not their fault, but the smoke alarms were beeping quite early in the morning and we had to walk down 9 stories. Not as bad as our friends who had to do 18 floors. But, I think they should’ve offered some sort of refund without asking (which we didn’t have time to discuss) Even just $50 as I know it wasn’t their fault. The staff member didn’t apologize for the issues.

No toothbrush/toothpaste, luckily I brought my own. No glass cups either, so I used the paper cups meant for the coffee. There was also a power outage on my check out day which made getting ready quite difficult. The beds are comfortable and the TV was easy to use. An average stay.

The hotel is lovely, well maintained, with beautiful views from the dining room. Our room was clean, with very comfortable beds. Every person that we interacted with was polite and helpful but Lily and Charles in the dining room went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed and were friendly and attentive. A wonderful experience even though we’re came in late and left very early in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who was looking for a great place to stay.

Public Areas needed a lot of loving from elevators, washrooms, gym, to PR floor. Compared to other hotels stayed the over impression was not as favourable .. room daily servicing not consistent thorough, using small bottles of shower gel and shampoo so constantly requesting extra at desk. Restaurant was excellent with top servers .. Great central location for this purposeful visit. Staff appeared to be knowledgeable, had to find the right person to get matters corrected.

It's morphed from a very nice hotel to an average hotel. It needs renovating(not just some paint and tile to cover up the old surfaces). I've been staying at this hotel for close to 20 years, as its location is very good.

The staff's attitude: through out our stay, we get the feeling that every time when we ask the staff to remedy something, they always find a way to let us know that we are bothering them. Theses include the front desk staff, cleaning staff. For example, when we asked for a room change on the first day, the front desk told us they can't do it, because the room on the same floor were all sold, when in fact, half of the floor were not occupied. Twice in a week, the cleaning staff did not vacuum our room and did not clean the bathtub. You can still see all the hairs and debris after cleaning. The vending room/ microwave room was a total mess, it looks like it was not cleaned for a long time. food, food wrapping, garbage were every where in the room. Balcony was extremely dirt, debris every where. The balcony door barely open. Broken concrete, moss, leaves etc. Broken tiles & window glasses at the outside entrance of the lobby., lobby textured ceiling was not repaired, landscaping around the property were not kept. Too much to listed. Out of our stay, the bright side were the lobby bar, front lobby and hallway areas were renovated. In all, too much to list. It will need a lot of improvement to make the hotel a five start hotel.

A clean, safe, economical hotel in Toronto. Easy to park and close to all attractions without being too pricey. Air conditioning in our room was noisy (the fan rattled really bad) and the shower didn’t have a non-slip mat or anything, which was concerning for my elderly mother. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch and provided a relaxing way to unwind after a busy day. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby dining options. Overall, I highly recommend Pan Pacific Hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Toronto.

Our room was clean and maintained Soap bars very limited The grounds and parking lot were totally neglected The elevators were slow and not all working always We arrived mid day, could not get a snack or beverage until dinner hour Left hotel to grab snack and beverage elsewhere When we checked in, person was efficient but certainly not welcoming This is not a complaint but hopefully helpful

The hotel has amenities you wouldn't expect, like the little shop on the main floor and the small spa. The space has a very corporate vibe and is impeccably clean. Housekeeping is lovely and the room was very spacious. The bed gave me one of the best sleeps in quite a while. The elevators are incredibly slow though, and the parking is a little walk away.
