Can't beat the price for ocean front

We stay at this location every year. There's nothing better than waking up to the sunrise on the ocean. I love that it's also pet-friendly. My girl loves the sea as much as I do. Check-in is very easy and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Best view on south Topsail Island

Sea Vista is a no frills stay. But just because it isn't the Hilton doesn't mean the stay wasn't superb. Very clean, very comfortable furnishings. The quality of the beach is superior (in my opinion) to that of the North end of the island, i.e. wider and bigger actual beach area, less crowded, etc. The amenities are sparse, to be honest, but it's all the essentials. A comfortable and clean bed/linens, a clean and working bathroom, tv, cookware/utensils, and the friendliest people surrounding you everywhere you look. Absolutely will be booking here again. My husband and i have loved every second.

Great location, some limitations

The view from the balcony was amazing. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Very easy check-in/check-out process. Would be nice to have some wine glasses and a few more dishes. Also would be nice to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang toiletries or towels.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay. We were on the top floor. The views and beach access were fabulous. The kitchenette was a little understocked, but the management and staff were very responsive at supplying us with missing items. They were very friendly.
