There is a seating area literally in the walkway between the main door and the elevators, making the thoroughfare blocked off during busy times of the day. •multiple trips and calls to the front desk to obtain additional washcloths, only resulted in a “well bring them to you”. We NEVER saw anyone. •Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. Valet staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful."

I’m still font understand how the attitude of the staff or should I say ACCEPTANCE of poor slow attitude effects the standard of professionalism that is promoted on your website. I could never ever recommend this hotel. "
