The lintel over the front door indicates it was built in 1776, but step inside and it’s uncompromisingly modernist – the glass staircase is particularly exciting, and it’s fun to shower in the middle of a big room. "Aburciès est une ville pleine de charme et d'authenticité. On trouve tout dans la rue. Il y a une super piscine pour enfants et grands a 5 min a pieds en haut de la rue. "We stayed in this lovely apartment for two nights with our daughter who had just graduated college. "Incredible experience from the very beginning. Stayed at Frederick's and Magda's house for two nights with my 20 year old son. The drive up the mountain dirt road from Figaro gave us a thrill and a challenge for our rented Opel Corsa, but it was so worth it! If you're using GPS make sure you navigate to the farm from El Garriga - a little bit longer but a much better road and a lot kinder on your vehicle. Frederick and Magda were absolutely fabulous hosts and treated us like part of the family....
