We asked why, and were told that Large rooms are not dog-friendly. This isn't mentioned on Hotels.com or their website. We were very disappointed. At reception, I was told the dog supplement was 500 SEK, so I wouldn't pay the supplement for the Medium room, but the hotel website states it's only 300 SEK. The receptionist gave us incorrect information when we received the keys, which was a huge disappointment. We ended up with a smaller room in a deplorable state, with scratches on the walls and baseboards, a broken shower head, and a loose toilet paper holder. Just because I have a dog, I have to get a terrible room? Regarding the pool area, it's more like a footbath than a proper pool. I'm not very tall, and the water barely reached my knees. Not to mention, they don't regulate the flow of people despite a reserved time slot, and there's a constant hubbub. It's anything but relaxing because it's small and crowded.
