Just make sure you have the check in code that is sent ahead of time ready. Hotel room was small but it was good value for the location and they have a lobby with drinks and snacks on the 1st floor. Hotel is in a safe area around a theater and there are small food spots and a convenience store within a block. Its close to multiple subway stations so it made getting around Tokyo easy. I've stayed in small cramped hotels before, but you couldn't even have a suitcase in the room. I had to climb over my suitcase to get into the bathroom and out of the room. The bathroom is about a foot off the floor and you basically fall out of it. My foot got stuck between the bed and the wall while trying to leave the room. Desk attendant did not seem surprised when I checked out shortly after checking in.
