"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "My husband and I loved the convenience of its location. 1.5 blocks to the port. Where you can go for a morning walk, exercise, most restaurants, cafe's are all around. It's on the main shopping street. Easy to catch a taxi or walk anywhere you'd like. This place is very clean, and quiet and the staff are very helpful and friendly. "

"Our stay at this Hotel was brilliant , from the time we checked in to checking out everything was 1st class. The Gym is very well equipped and clean , shoers,lockers towels. There is also a steam room. Indoor heated pool and spa. Breakfast is included with some packages and although more expensive than other hotels was very good.Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. There is a courtesy bus that runs throughout the day into rhe heart of Thessaloniki , great service. The rooms areclean ,modern,spacious and well appointed. Atm located in foyer. A very pleasant 7 day stay , suitable for business people , couple , tourists. Would highly recommend , one of the nicest Hotels we have stayed at."
