☀️Très belle propriété au bord de la mer avec piscine chauffée à partir d'avril, nichée dans un cadre d'exception, vue splendide sur la mer et les roches rouges de l'Estérel.
Totalement rénovée, la villa jouit d' une situation unique et d'une vue exceptionnelle surplombant la mer et située a l' entrée de la réserve naturelle de l'Esterel - Piscine chauffée d’ avril à octobre avec débordement, 5’ à pieds de la plage, 3 restaurants sur la plage, école de voile, location de bateaux au port (à cote de la plage), nombreuses promenades au départ de la villa, petite épicerie a 5' en voiture et grande surface à Théoule et a Mandelieu.
Marchés provençaux sur le port le dimanche et les autres jours aux alentours et boulangerie sur le port les mois d'été.
Navette gratuite reliant le port de la Figuerette ( à côté de la plage) à Théoule et bateau croisière longeant la côte au départ de la Figuerette également.
Située à 15' de l'autoroute A8, 25' de Cannes et 35' de l'aéroport de Nice .

Wonderful property and a great vacation

We had a great stay here, the property has an excellent location and the swimming pool and terrace area were a fantastic highlight! We were a group of 9 and did find the kitchen was a little small to cater for such a large group. However the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed exploring the local area. Check in/out was very smooth and the instructions and communication were clear. Overall a wonderful stay, one thing we would have hoped for was the addition of some fans in the living room area as there none and we were there in July.

The fantastic views made this a great place to stay, especially when relaxing by or in the infinity pool. We enjoyed the short walk down to the beach and its restaurants and the steep walk back up to the house was good exercise! The little shop in Le Trayas was also within walking distance. The house is well appointed, but we cannot recommend the bed linen hire on offer (and bathroom towels are not provided or available to hire). Although the host was responsive and apologetic, some minor maintenance/housekeeping issues were disappointing.

One week's stay at La Figuerette

At our arrival we were surprised about this beautiful house which is situated on a slope so you have a beautiful sight on to the sea. Also the pool is fanatastic. The 4 bedrooms gave sufficient space as we were 7 people: 5 adults and 2 children. The living room is nice and spacy. The kitchen is well equiped. Several terraces give you many possibilities where to take your breakfast, lunch or dinner. With a 10 minutes walk you can easily reach the harbour and beach at La Figuerette. The beach was really great for the children. You have many possibilities for lunch at several beach restaurants. There is also a ferry service in harbour which brings you to Cannes. We really enjoyed it. All in all we can really recommend this house and this place. We had a really beautiful and relaxing week there.

Das Anwesen liegt auf einer Anhöhe direkt an der Küste und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und auf den Küstenverlauf. Der schöne, saubere Strand ist gut über einen Fußweg zu erreichen (ca. 5 Minuten Gehzeit zum ersten Strandabschnitt). Das Anwesen selbst ist geschmackvoll möbeliert, hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Außengrill (Gas) und bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Ausrichtungen, so dass man die Sonne genießen (oder vermeiden) kann. Unsere Kinder haben sich auch über die Tischtennisplatte sehr gefreut. Der saubere Pool hat einen gestuften Zugang, was für Kinder, die hauptsächlich plantschen wollen, günstig ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat sehr gut funktioniert, auch die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une tres jolie maison

Hervorzuheben sind: die herrliche Sicht aufs Meer und der Infinity Pool ( der nachts beleuchtet werden kann) die gute Lage, wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt, die sorgfältige geschmackvolle Einrichtung (Inclusive kunstvolle Wandbilder) die gute allgemeine Austattung (Küche, Duschen, Deckenventilatoren) die Weitläufigkeit des Anwesens (viele Terrassen, Rückzugs Möglichkeiten) Gute Betreuung durch den Eigentümers Instandhaltung könnte noch verbessert werden, vielleicht ist nicht jeder Gast sorgfältig genug. Beschreibung des Objektes bei FeWo stimmt nicht immer mit den Angaben des Vermieters im Portal (max Anzahl der Gäste, Check out time). Alles im Allem sehr gut!

Vue magnifique depuis les terrasses et les chambres! Vraiment à 5 minutes de la plage et du port. Parfaite maison de vacances. La grande pièce principale prolongée par la terrasse vue sur mer est particulièrement belle. Nous avons alterné avec nos grands enfants des jours de plage, de randonnée dans le massif de L'Esterel et de visite de Monaco, Nice et Cannes. Notre sortie préférée: avec masque et tubas de la pointe de l'Aiguille vers et sur le site protégé maritime.Magnifique. (Pour les vacanciers en juillet et en Août: le boulanger est sur le port tous les jours de 8h30 à 11h sauf le lundi )

Heaven in Theoule sur Mer

Beautiful property with an unbeatable combination of stunning sea view and infinity pool. The house is well appointed and even with 8 people in (6 adults, 2 teenagers) we never had the feeling of being cramped. A beautiful sand beach is 2 minutes away, lots of restaurants, etc. Plan a car to do local shopping but it is really not far between 2 minutes up the road or 10 minutes to the center of Theoule for a more substantial shopping. Veronique was always very helpful and easy to deal with. All in all two magical weeks in heaven.

Très belle Villa avec vue Mer

C’est notre deuxième séjour dans cette villa et le retour positif de l’année précédente est confirmé. De nombreux travaux d’aménagement ont été réalisés avec une terrasse bain de soleil, une buanderie très pratique, une nouvelle sdb, des sols rénovés, un TV grand écran et la fibre + Wifi disponible. La vue mer de la piscine est très agréable et il est possible de se rendre à pied à la plage en qq minutes. Plusieurs restaurants sont à proximité. Il est néanmoins nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour accéder aux commerces du centre de Théoule (il existe quand même une petite superette à 15 min à pied), ce qui est à prendre en compte en période de haute saison. En conclusion, une villa très bien aménagée avec une vue remarquable sur la mer. Un troisième séjour s’impose 😊 ..

Fabuleux séjour

Très belle propriété. La vue est hypnotique. La villa est très bien placée à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage avec plusieurs activités adaptées aux familles (locations de pédalos…) et plusieurs restaurants très bons sur la plage même, parfaits aussi bien pour le déjeuner que pour le dîner, y compris avec des jeunes enfants. Un tout petit bémol lié à l’absence de commerces proches de la villa pour les courses alimentaires. La villa est en parfait état, propre, joliment décorée et très bien équipée, ce qui est plutôt rare (de vrais couteaux de cuisine, une jolie vaisselle, plusieurs nappes, de vrais verres à vins !). La piscine est tres propre et bien chauffée. Cette location a dépassé toutes nos attentes.
