Il s'ouvre sur une belle entrée avec un grand placard dans lequel se trouve un coffre. Cette entrée dessert un living disposant d'un canapé lit (140cmx190cm), d'une table basse relevable pour prendre ses repas, d'un espace cuisine, équipée d'un lave vaisselle, d'un four combiné classique/micro onde, d'une machine à café Nespresso, avec grille pain, bouilloire, box TV de 180 chaines et d'un grand réfrigérateur congélateur. Ce living dessert une grande salle de bains équipée d'un WC et d'une douche à l'italienne et une chambre à coucher (fermée par un rideau) équipée d'un lit en 140 X 190 cms avec un vaste placard et un grand coffre sous le lit. Ce living comme cette chambre donne par de larges baies vitrées sur une terrasse de 15 m2 orientée au sud (vue sur immeuble ) mais bien ombragée et équipée d'un confortable salon de jardin. La mer, les plages de sable fin , la célèbre Croisette, les nombreux restaurants, les boutiques, les commerces ainsi que la gare sont tous rapidement accessibles à moins de 15 mn à pieds. Sa proximité de la mer, des restaurants et du Palais des Festival et des congrès et son calme sont très appréciés des festivaliers et des vacanciers. Definitely worked for me as a solo traveler although it would suit a couple, too (cosy but totally manageable). Safe and secure building, very close to a supermarket, an easy and flat 10 min walk to the beach. I had wondered if I would feel too removed from the 'action' but came to learn it was nice to be in a quieter part of town (without being far). Airy was a great communicator and it was easy to have my questions answered. The grounds and pool were also very nice, and I loved the block-out shades for a very good night's sleep.
