"We had a terrific stay and would book this home again without hesitation. The location made it easy to get around The Villages, and the house itself felt open, comfortable, and set up for actually living—not just “staying.” The lanai/pool area was a standout: a beautiful space with a great pool that we ended up using throughout the day. We also loved the table by the pool—it was the perfect spot to watch TV, eat meals, and play cards, so we spent a lot of our time out there.What really set this rental apart, though, was how well everything was maintained and how thoughtfully it was prepared. The home was spotless when we arrived, and it honestly smelled amazing—fresh and clean the moment we walked in. The beds were super comfortable (memory foam), and the pillows were great too—everyone slept really well. The kitchen was well equipped (more than the usual basics), and there were plenty of small touches that made the stay easier and more enjoyable.Laura was an exceptional host. Her communication was fast and helpful from the start. She allowed us to check in early as soon as we arrived, which was a huge help. When we realized a guest pass was missing, I sent her a quick text and she had a new one printed and dropped off within about 30 minutes—above and beyond. We also noticed the hot tub was shutting off earlier than we expected at night; one message to Laura and she adjusted the timer so it stayed on until 11pm for us."

"My only complaint is that the mattress and sofa were so hard. It’s not bad enough that I won’t be back though. The staff were amazing, the room was huge (we had a suite), and the location was quiet."

"I like this one the king bed was firm but comfortable. The place seemed very well equipped. It is basically located between Spanish springs and lake sumpter landing. The only two issues I had was the garage door remote did not work. And the potties are all the old regular size ones and not chair height or elongated bowls. I am a big guy and those are just to small for me. If it wasn't for the potty issue I would stay here again. Can't comment on the golf cart we never used it. Did see the passenger mirror was missing and the buckle for the driver seat belt appeared to be missing as well."
