We have stayed here various times to visit our son who is studying in Leiden. This place is clean, nice and centrally located. Will definitely stay again.

Parking is €25 for a full day in the garage nearby. Shops and dining (and bike rentals) are walkable easily. Staff is practically nonexistent, which is okay if you don't need them but if you needed things it would likely be difficult. Plan accordingly.

Tulip fields trip

Lovely city location- very central with great original features but modern furnishings. Just be aware of some road noise/ people chatter outside windows which are not fully sound proofed. 2 long chairs are too small / uncomfortable to really relax in - a softer would be much better give this was advertised as a ‘suite’.

An very beautifull and original and authentic building and location at the middle of Leiden centre. Nice and very proffesional check in. Visiting Family

Have been here a few times and will keep coming back. It is so easy and the rooms are fab. You are 4/5 minutes form the centre of the city and all its wonderful shops, bars and restaurants.

A wonder full room in Old Dutch style, with a modern smile, great bathroom facilities . Nice possibilty to site outside on the balcony. Warm welcome by the hostess, created un upgrade. Location in centre of Leiden,lots of restaurants, shops and culture on walking distance. We have booked a room again for next month. Okke and Simone Devilee

Great central location within walking distance of all main attractions. Really helpful and friendly staff. Pillows were a little hard and too big for us but that's more our personal preference,. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean, would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The room is very large and has a sofa also in it; the mattress is fantastic, the location is in the middle of the center of Leiden and the breakfast was very nice. I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip.

Very difficult property to get to if you are not familiar with the roadways. Parking is exorbitant. We did self check in as we arrived late and it was very efficient. Our room was on the fourth floor. There is no elevator, which is not a problem however the multiple staircases were winding and very narrow and quite treacherous. We couldn’t take our bags up. We had to put a few items in small bags/backpack and take them. No bottled water - I’m sure it was tap water in a pitcher. The room itself was quite unique and nicely decorated, however it was very dark, even with the lights on. It was very noisy with street noise, constant bells ringing from the church and on the hour. The two women at reception were lovely and did offer to move us to a lower floor but we were only there two nights and didn’t want to move our things. All in all a disappointing stay.
