"The room smelt very badly of damp and the walls were very stained. The smell was so bad it caused breathing problems. I was unable to stay in it as it was causing me to wheeze. The owner wasn't present and so j had to wait for his return. He said he was unable to provide another room and would refund the money....I'm still waiting, that was 3 weeks or more ago"

"We have stayed at the villa rose and Jackson’s multiple times. We got at least 6-7 times per year. Staff are always warm welcoming and go out of their way to make sure we have a great stay. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The food in the forge bar is excellent both for adults and kids. Our kids love the pool in Jackson’s and I love the spa in the v spa which is in the villa rose. The treatments I have received there are second to none I have had spa treatments all over the world and would definitely rate the v spa in the top 3\. We can not wait until our next stay. ❤️"
