Margaret was fantastic with communication from start to finish and made everything as smooth and easy as possible.The photos and description honestly don’t do the property justice, it was even better than we anticipated. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed, and everyone in our group loved their stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back again next year. Highly recommend!"

"This is a magical spot in Penny's incredible gardens! Even on soggy winter days, we enjoyed wandering the property, and the fire kept us toasty warm in the cottage. Our family enjoyed the thoughtful touches, tea/coffee and basics for cooking (oil, condiments). We loved having so much space to stretch out, and the comfy beds. The shower was unfortunately a piddle, extremely unsatisfying and took ages ages to rinse off. The place could have used a bit more of a thorough clean (especially bathroom and the drawers/floors in the bedrooms), but overall, it was fantastic value, warm and inviting, and a peaceful escape. We enjoyed talking to Penny, and reading about the history of the property. Hopefully we'll be back!"
