Had greatcommunication with both the owner and the management company with easy access directions. There was a broken knob on the cook top and the two master suites have hot water faucets that were frozen and scary to use in fear of them breaking. The smaller master shower had mold in it also. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful, spacious and serene place to call home for a week with our family. The kids couldn't get enough of the infinity pool and spa. We cooked and feasted outdoors every night. The sunsets are incredible and the night sky just leaves you in awe. We lost count of the shooting stars we saw each night. The kids spent less time on electronics and more time enjoying the outdoors - a definite win! We will be back and we cannot wait. It was absolutely perfect and the layout of the home is awesome for a large family group, as everyone has their privacy and yet there are so many options for the group to chill together.
