    Ultra-modern luxury retreat on a secluded, oak-studded acre in upscale west-side Templeton. This freshly remodeled home features an open-concept floor plan designed for effortless entertaining, with unique artwork, vintage pottery and stylish furnishings throughout.

    Enjoy your own private resort with a large swimming pool, hot tub, game room, BBQ, outdoor dining area and firepit conversation set overlooking the rolling hills.

    Inside, you’ll find generous living space, 3 Smart TVs, two guest bedrooms with queen beds and an expansive primary suite with a king Nectar mattress. Two luxurious bathrooms feature rain showers, while the beautifully remodeled kitchen offers butcher-block counters, a gas range and everything needed to cook and entertain.

    Guests have private access to the entire 1-acre property, home and garage/game room. The driveway comfortably accommodates up to 4 vehicles.

    Located just minutes from charming downtown Templeton and ideally positioned for exploring Paso Robles wine country and the Central Coast, including San Luis Obispo, Cambria, Pismo Beach and Avila Beach.

    This home is located in an upscale residential neighborhood. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 9 PM.

    Children must be supervised at the pool at all times. The pool is not heated but warms nicely during summer. The hot tub is maintained at approximately 101°F and may be adjusted by guests. Swim at your own risk.

    Only service animals as defined by applicable law are permitted.

    For wine tasting, we recommend using a designated driver, Uber/Lyft, Destination Drivers, Uncorked Wine Tours or Hop On Beer Tours.

Great place to stay while visiting Paso Robles. We enjoyed the large open living space, the outdoor pool/spa and the gameroom with Fussball, Ping Pong and Darts. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to enjoy barbecuing outside.We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We had a fantastic stay! The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and spending time together—plenty of seating, shade, and space to spread out. Inside, the home was stylish and open, with a modern design that felt both comfortable and upscale. Highly recommend!

Great house and location

This is a great house that was centrally located. We were close to horseback riding, zip lining and sensorio lights. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Nice place for a getaway

The house was very spacious with interesting decor. Beds were comfy and the entire place was spotless. The only minor negative were the showers which are very modern and look great but the Waterfall shower heads tend to cause a bit of splashing.

Family wedding getaway

We had a great time staying in this home. It was spacious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable as was the shared space furniture. The art work was an unexpected surprise. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances were all in good working order. The highlight of our stay was the pool and outdoor spaces. We would love to return and go wine tasting.

Lovely house with nice furniture, large yard, and lots of places to relax and unwind. Not far from restaurants and wineries. We hired a driver to take us to different wineries, none were more than 20 mins away.

Beautiful house; well stocked

We had a wonderful stay in Templeton. The house had plenty of space and was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were great. We especially liked the view from out there. Can't say enough great things about the house. the VRBO website is lacking tho I found it difficult to use and hard to find information. I much prefer Airbnb.

5 stars – Relaxing Templeton Getaway with Pool & Spa!We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home in Templeton this June. The property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool and spa — perfect for relaxing in the warm summer evenings after exploring Paso Robles wine country.The house had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great outdoor area for dining and lounging. It felt peaceful and private, yet still conveniently close to town, wineries, and restaurants.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Central Coast retreat!

Peaceful

Went over for a wedding and has such a good time at the house with my granddaughter, kids and their spouses. House was very nice. Deer walking through yard daily. We relaxed, okayed games, used the hot tub and the pool. I would love to come again. Owner even allowed an early check in so we could go enjoy a beach day before wedding festivities.

Great 4th of July!

We stayed for four days over the 4th of July weekend. We loved this place. House was quite clean! Kitchen had everything you need and more. Beds were super comfy. Though in a neighborhood, the house felt private and safe. Pauline was helpful and very responsive. Access was easy. Pool and hot tub were clean and functioning properly. Lots of pool toys and floaties in garage. Couldn’t have asked for more. Only thing to share is that it has several steps in different places (inside and out) so possibly might not be best option for someone with mobility issues. We will return again!

Quiet retreat

This house is a good size and has a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, it was rainy and cool during our stay so we did not use the pool. The hot tub was used once and functioned properly. This property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood but nothing is walkable. The house was well equipped with towels. The only issue I had was with cleanliness. One of my pet peeves is strange hair. I have very short hair, so i know when a hair is not mine. There were a lot of long hairs and dust bunnies. A little more thorough cleaning would have earned this place 5 stars.
