"Nice hotel, good location. Little things though, like the in room safe that didn't work, tv channels were not available and worst of all, a hotel driver hired to take us to the train station for an early morning train who didn't seem to know the way and didn't speak enough English to understand the instructions on GPS - took away from an otherwise positive experience."

Clean rooms, clean sheets, thoughtful - toiletries, toilet paper etc. Not your shiny Holiday Inn but quite adequate. Booked via Expedia, check in was quick. "The hotel is in gandhipuram, which is a good/central area. The hotel was clean and staff was largely helpful. But the wifi in my room did not work for 3.5 days out of the 4 days that I stayed there. It was very difficult to do my work, with such a wifi situation. Also, there was no laundry service available in the hotel. This made it difficult to get my clothes cleaned, while staying there.
