Check-in was easy and self-explanatory. The room was immaculate with microwave over and fridge. There is also a handy guidebook on how to use the amenities within the room such as washing machine and dryer. The staff team is approachable and friendly.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is in a good location for walking to places. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast and on site bakery / rooftop bar were great. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again if visiting Kyoto.
