  • La Villa Corazon Del Mar (Cœur de la Mer) est la maison de bord de mer parfaite pour les amis et la famille de se réunir dans le luxe pour célébrer les anniversaires, les anniversaires ou les escapades de vacances. Nous avons 5 chambres chacune avec un lit King size. 4 chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée. 2 sont en bord de mer et 2 sont sur le côté est avec de petites patios privées. Ces deux chambres côté est ont chacune un lit futon / canapé en plus du lit king. A l'étage, nous avons deux lits futon / canapé sur le loft. Ensuite, la 5ème chambre à l'étage a le lit king et deux autres futon / canapé. Des lits. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain privée. La villa est conçue pour la vie privée avec un grand centre à rassembler qui se déverse dans le patio / piscine / bar / océan. Vous sortez de la terrasse sur l'herbe, puis sur le sable doux de la plage. L'eau de l'océan est chaude et douce. Janet et Tomas sont vos gardiens. Ils maintiennent la villa et les terrains entretenus et nettoyés du lundi au samedi. Tomas propose des services de chef en option. Janet est également certifiée en massage, soins du visage, manucure et pédicure. Vous ferez l'expérience de vraies vacances dans la Villa Corazon Del Mar. Nous avons un concierge qui organisera toute activité ou visite qui vous intéresse. Toutes les visites écologiques sont disponibles. Les restaurants / bars et les magasins sont accessibles à pied. Nous vous mettrons en contact avec des locations de voiturettes de golf pour courir facilement dans notre région. Le quartier de la Marina est juste une courte promenade au sud sur la plage. Assis sur la terrasse ou se détendre dans la piscine en regardant nos couchers de soleil spectaculaires et les bateaux qui naviguent est un rêve devenu réalité.

We just returned from our family vacation that we loved! The trip was with our adult sons and their families consisting of 6 kids aged 2 to 9. The home was beautiful and all of the staff did a great job in making this a fabulous trip. We had Marie as our Chef three nights and all of us enjoyed the meals! We would return to this house!

We had an amazing stay! The property was perfect for our group, with spacious rooms, king-sized beds, private balconies, a comfortable sofa, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. The views were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every single night.The outdoor space was a highlight — the gorgeous infinity pool, an outside bar with a sink, ice maker, and outdoor grill. directly on Portero's black sand beach, with palm trees, fishing, restaurants, shops, and groceries a quick golf cart ride away. and if you like white sand beaches you are in luck, take a 15 min golf cart ride over to Flamingo beach, where you will enjoy access to Margaritaville's restaraunt and bar, vendors selling jewelry and pottery... plus you get the benefit of a waiter taking your order for food an fresh tropical drinks! We also loved the natural surroundings, with lots of birds, lizards, and friendly people nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Amazing spot for a large group. Super spacious bedroom arrangements and endless lounging areas. The location of the home was perfect. Walkable to coffee shops, markets for groceries and dinner/lunch spots. We would definitely return to Portrero and without question would book this same home!

Amazing place to stay … house staff amazing ..chef amazing only reason you have not stayed here is because your thinking about it to long . From the airport pick to airport drop off top shelf our chef Maria “Mari” meals were excellent always on time I will with out doubt choose this house again to stay and would highly recommend to any one PURA VIDA!

Absolutely love this place. The hosts are wonderful, we had food cooked in the house 3 nights and Donna is a wonderful cook. Great restaurants only a golf cart ride away. We will be back!

We had an unforgettable vacation at Villa Corazon. The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Having individual climate control for each bedroom was a fantastic feature. It was like having our own private resort. The town of Potrero was very friendly and comfortable.

Family Beach Trip

My family of 16, ages 7-80, enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house and grounds are beautiful, spacious and well cared for. When we had issues Jimmy was there to help. The beach is quiet, which we appreciate, and we loved being able to walk to a few restaurants nearby. All around wonderful experience had by everyone in our group.

We loved this house and the staff! They communicated well with us and helped us make the most of our stay. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Chef Anna made great food and then we ate at their restaurant las Brisa’s and danced! Did a catamaran with lazy lizard and loved them too

The house was beautiful and clean. Large enough for the 18 of us on a family get together. With 9 bedrooms, and all the rooms were large with en-suite bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Everyone loved being in the pool which was cleaned every day. The staff was delightful and fulfilled our every need from transportation to knowedge of good restaurants and fun things to do. We rented 2 golf cars which was super helpful in getting to grocery stores, etc. Being right on the ocean, we had spectacular sunsets every night and we had NO rain during our stay. We had a chef cook our dinner one night -- so nice to relax all day and have a delicious dinner prepared for us. Our ages are 11-77 and all loved the house and trip!

This villa is the full package!! From its location right on the beach to the attentive staff and amazingly helpful owners you won’t be disappointed! We utilized the chef services and both meals were outstanding! The maintenance, cleaning and security were very friendly and helpful, what a great team you get with this villa! We honestly can’t wait to come back!! Rent golf carts, visit Pura for breakfast and Gecko’s for lunch or dinner they are within walking distance of the villa! Take a ride on Rickdiculius if it is available during your stay, super fun time and an awesome crew come with it!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay!We cannot say enough great things about this home! We had 9 couples, and every single couple had their own bedroom and bathroom — which made the trip so comfortable and seamless. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out, relax, and still gather together.We rented golf carts for the full week, which made getting around easy and fun. While there isn’t a huge nightlife scene, we honestly didn’t need it — we made our own fun every night! There are so many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance, which was such a bonus.The in-house staff was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and so helpful throughout our stay. The owners were extremely responsive from start to finish, which made everything stress-free.One of the unexpected highlights? The ice machine at the pool bar! It may sound simple, but it made pool days that much better.We also had a chef come in for two nights, and the food was incredible. Such a fun and delicious experience for our group.Truly not one single issue the entire week. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly, highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Great House, right on the beach with unimpeded 180 degree view, sunsets were magical. My daughters loved riding horses on the beach right up to the house. 3-4 great restaurants in Potrero and Flamingo. House keepers Janet and Tomas were the nicest. If festival in Brasalitto during visit - go see the bull riding. House had very large bedrooms and separate baths all new and very nice. Only negative were roads were in tough shape to get to Potrero due to very wet summer. It is Costa Rica.

An excellent family vacation

The property was in an excellent location and the pictures accurately represent the home and location. The service provided by the host, property manager, and others such as the pool service, housekeeper, and security were also great. Each person was personable and offered prompt replies to our communications. This all set the ground for a fabulous vacation for the 12 of us. We took our kids and grandkids and I can say every person, ages 2 through 76, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The host, Mackenzie, went beyond to make sure our needs were met andmade perfect referrals such as for tours and transportation with Yellow Fin. Without hesitation we would go back again and will recommend this host and property to others. By the way, we had the personal chef for several meals and we were impressed with their skills and delighted with the food they served - fun and delicious!

An amazing vacation!!!

Beautiful and spacious! The pictures do not do it justice. Everyone was amazing to work with. Eleven of us stay at the property in July to celebrate my birthday. I worked with Melanie for weeks before my stay to plan events for my guest. When we arrived Jimmy was there to let us in and walk us through the extremely spacious villa. When we had last minute request Jimmy was a quick call away to resolve issue. In addition to event planning I worked with Melanie daily for additional groceries and last minute chef request. Whatever we needed, she was a text away. Thank you to Melanie, Jimmy, the Chef, sous chef and housecleaner for taking great care of us!!!! Pure vida, indeed ❤️❤️

Family birthday celebration

We were celebrating my wife’s milestone birthdate. The property was amazing and easily accommodates large groups. The 9 bedrooms were spacious with nicely appointed bathrooms. The large dining room fit our group of 14. I would highly recommend getting some meals prepared at the house by their in house staff. Ana was great getting our airport transfers even though there were multiple flight delays. She also set up our excursions- horse back riding, fishing, private sunset catamaran cruise, ATV . Jimmy the property was also awesome and very responsive. I would also recommend renting golf carts from Chip & Jennifer who couldn’t be any nicer. The owners Greg and MacKenzie were very responsive and easy to deal with. This property is one of a kind in a beautiful setting. Thank you again to staff who made our stay so memorable We plan on returning with our grand children Ken

Great House for our Large Group!

This was the perfect house for our group of 13. The house has 9 bedrooms so we had plenty of room. The downstairs kitchen/dining/living area is open and roomy. The kitchen is very well equipped. The highlight is the patio with swimming pool that opens up onto the beach. just spectacular. the pool cabana has a bar, ice maker, and gas grill. We spent most of our time enjoying this beautiful space. daily walks on the beach.The location of the house is great, as well. very close to stores and restaurants as well as other beaches. we rented golf carts to get around. never needed a car.house staff was great. daily cleaning of the house and patio/pool area. very friendly staff.the owners were also great to work with. they answered all of our questions via email prior to our trip so there were no surprises. they also hooked us up with companies to book the golf cart rentals, airport transportation, excursions, etc. They have really assembled a great team to make your vacation easy and memorable.We highly recommend this house for large groups that are looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting.

Great Stay

I stayed at this property a total of five nights. There were 15 of us, ranging from 1 year old-64 years old. We had an great stay! You can tell the house went through a total renovation recently, and is very modern and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Also very clean. We had chef services three times, all fantastic food. The chefs come on time and get straight to work as well as the cleaning staff. Jimmy, the property manager was our main source of contact. He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues and that is the best you can ask for. The owners were very responsive as well. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend. And might I add what a beautiful location right on the beach. The house is located walking distance to restaurants. I would suggest renting a car or golf cart for easy transportation because the roads in the neighborhood are very uneven and rocky.
