The landscaping was a little upkeep and the backyard had weeds growing in the pool area. It’s such a nice area that we had a pool day planned based on the photos. The hot tub did not work the entire time the timer may have looked from his end to be on, but the actual device was out of batteries and did not work and did not heat up the hot tub. Also, one out of the three bathrooms did not have hot water in the shower. This became a big problem, and even after supposedly someone came in to look at it it still did not work and produce hot water. The grounds are not well-maintained. The lawn has not been mowed. There’s a lot of tree foliage stacked up everywhere., could not get the front door to lock. Easy check in and check out and the host was responsive. Appreciate the hot tub, though not sure if it had jets. House was clean, though bathroom wall/upper corner had bugs that weren't cleaned. One shower seemed to have reversed water lines and quickly runs out of hot water. Property could use some upkeep, with landscaping needs and old water heater left out in back. Everything was super smooth from check-in to check-out. The host was very communicative. I'll be honest, there were a bunch of warnings that were sent to us, which made us trepidatious at first, but we had absolutely zero issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The open concept with large kitchen counter made gatherings very manageable. The pool and hot tub were well used by all family members. Make sure to communicate with property managers on times you want to use hot tub since it doesn’t always turn on at times listed.
