THINGS TO KNOW: \-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending \-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party \-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater \- When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fee of $30/night will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking \-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate \-Spa Heat is not included in pricing and is fully optional. If desired, a fee of $55 per day with a 3 day minimum must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact SunnyDays after booking to purchase spa heat for your stay.
