The thing that makes this three stars are it was hot and difficult to cool down with the fan provided. I know AC is not common in telluride and fans should work. A fan did somewhat work but it was hard to set up a box fan with the layout and windows in this unit. And the overhead fan on its own would not have cooled the room to a comfortable tempature overnight. The other thing was there was no water besides the bathroom. This is somewhat known based on the pictures of the unit but not explicitly stated. Even if it was I would take off a star for any unit at this price for not providing drinking water. Overall it's a fine stay but I would not recommend it to friends or family so that's why I gave three stars. ##### Zach R.
