The staff was super helpful in directing us to the amenities and nearby activities. We stayed during the off season therefore some of the amenities were out of order due to maintenance but still a very enjoyable experience!
EJ at the concierge was very helpful , making sure that our stay at the hotel is convenient and comfortable . Plus the mountain view is breathtaking , the room and bathroom is nice and clean . Definitely would like to come back and stay at the same hotel again.
It was a great stay but a lot of amenities were closed like the restaurant. Only offered valet parking for a fee; no other parking options available. But was clean and friendly.
Beautiful location and hotel. I originally had a room with no view but they moved me to a higher floor when I asked. The parking was $38 which I thought was high. $25 resort fee should be included in the rate.

No restaurant, valet parking only, non working slide or heated pools. Got 2 rooms asked for them to be connecting rooms but staff was unable to accommodate that request even though the property seemed extremely slow and not full. Too many dogs on property. They would bark at you in halls and even while enjoying time relaxing on our own deck. The neighboring dogs were constantly barking. An alarm clock repeatedly going off waking us early at 5:30 am despite the alarm being unplugged and shut off. Setting in the mountains was beautiful and location was 10/10 but the hotel itself was middle of the road.
We love staying at the peaks. We go every Memorial Day weekend and always stay there. It fits all of our needs for our family with two small children and two dogs. We can’t wait to go back!

Such a beautiful clean property. The staff was wonderful and the views were out of this world. We highly recommend!
The room is very clean. We were there when the temperatures were very high. There is a mini split in the room. Seems a bit off but it does the job.
The staff are wonderful. Be prepared to pay for parking. I suppose this is tied to parking being a premium.
The restaurant was closed when we visited but there are wonderful places to eat within walking distance.
Wonderful treat when choosing places to stay. A bit pricey but well worth it if treating yourself to a special place to stay.
Everything was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful room, incredible views, friendly staff. The only issue we had was there was no restaurant and the snack bars food and coffee were sib par. Other then that, we had a fabulous time.
