The best charcoal bricks to use are the kind with the lighter fluid already absorbed in the bricks. Otherwise, the coals take forever to get hot. I believe the high attitude might have something to do with this. The Siam restaurant is right across the street which has gotten great reviews plus, of course, there are many other restaurants to choose from around town. The Wine Mine liquor store is right across the street, too. Location, Location, Location!! The Viking Lodge Condominium Complex is Located On S. Davis Street and W. Pacific Avenue. The condo is very well-equipped and we needed nothing. It is in walking distance to tons of restaurants and the gondola. Parking was challenging as there is a lot of construction around the area but we lucked out our 1st morning and were able to move to a space almost right in front of our unit. We had hoped to have a hot tub to soak in after walking all day but both pool and hot tub are under construction. One thing about our unit that could be improved is the overhead lighting in the bedroom: maybe just a warmer glowing lightbulb.
