Located on the quiet West end of Telluride in the middle of multiple small condo buildings with Main Street (Colorado) only blocks away. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic necessities were there and worked as intended. The free on-site parking was nice and the gondola to Mountain Village, Clark’s Market, multiple hiking trailheads, etc were only a short walk away. The host, Chris, was incredibly responsive and all the information and tips he provided were helpful. This is not the place with mountain views and high-end amenities, however if, like me, you spend 99% of your time outside and simply want a quaint, clean, and quiet spot that’s affordable to come back to after a long day of adventure, this is a great choice. ##### Lori T. The room was not cleaned when we first arrived but we were able to talk directly with the owner and he had the place cleaned within the hour. That said, we were unsure what all they did except change the sheets and give us new towels. Location is perfect as its close to town and we were able to walk to restaurants and the grocery store in town. The grocery store is expensive but it did have all that we needed. Please know that the room does not have air conditioning. There is a fan but we were still warm at night. We appreciated the small kitchen. I need fresh air and there is a small deck but we did not receive sunlight either in the morning or at night. A grocery store is only a block away but one has a 10 minute walk to get to the ski lifts and to the center of town for most restaurants. We didn’t cook while we were there but it was great having the fridge for beverages and the option to cook if we had wanted. Small but very nice place. More like a hotel room that's very rustic/mountain decorated. Enjoyed our stay very much.
