Recently remodeled, Riverside Condos C102 features fresh paint, new flooring throughout, and thoughtful upgrades designed for comfort and relaxation. The expansive deck offers peaceful river views, creating an ideal setting to unwind after a day in the mountains. Inside, the open-concept living space seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room in a bright, welcoming layout. The living area has been refreshed with a new, comfortable sofa and loveseat, providing generous seating for gathering or relaxing. Large sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and open to the deck, where guests can enjoy the calming sounds of the river. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance year-round. Entertainment has been elevated with new, larger wall-mounted TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom, along with Roku streaming, a Blu-ray DVD player, and games for cozy nights in. The fully renovated kitchen features granite countertops and updated appliances, making cooking and entertaining easy. You’ll find everything you need, including a toaster, blender, microwave, and ample cookware. The breakfast bar seats four, while the adjacent dining table comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The bedrooms are tucked down a short hallway for added privacy. It's right on the path that leads to the venue and super close to shops and restaurants. The remote for the fireplace did not work but, they sent someone to fix it right away. It was nice to have laundry and a kitchen. I do wish the TV situation was better is just ROKU so near real current live TV. The photos are accurate. We would rent it again. ##### Michelle L. The condo fit our family of 5 with one sleeping on the couch beacuse the pull out wasn’t that comfortable. It was clean and well equipped. The best part was the location. It was about a 5 minute walk to gondola and all restaurants in town which was awesome. The management company was very responsive to any requests and questions. They always responded in a timely manner. The hot tub in the complex wasn’t very hot which was a bit of a bummer. Would have loved to used that after a long day of skiing but not a deal breaker. Apr 15, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Spectacular Riverside Location We loved being by the San Miguel River tucked just inside the tree line at the mountain base within a short walk to the ski lifts, the free gondola to Mountain View, and the Historic side of downtown Telluride. In the morning we enjoyed the view watching the snow and people walk their dogs along the river right outside our window. They all were so happy to play in the snow. The fireplace is warm and cozy, and we found all the TV shows we like to watch with the included Roku. The lockers for your ski’s are just outside the front door, and the entrance has a built in bench to store your boots and a shelf for hats and helmets with pegs to hang your jackets. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The beds are all comfy, and the rooms stay warm. There is a walking path along the river to the Nordic Center with the most beautiful views of the mountains that goes through a beaver preserve and it’s absolutely gorgeous! The parking was very frustrating the first couple of days We had two vehicles and only parking pass for one. At the end of the second day I called the office and asked about parking again and the office manager gave us a second pass since the condos were not very full. We were very happy about that since we had spent $25 the night before on parking :(. The condo was in a great part of telluride. We were able to walk to several restaurants but still feel very secluded ##### Pam M. Location is good--close to restaurants and shops, but requires a 5 min walk to gondola, which is challenging with ski gear and small kids. Lock box frozen and difficult to use. Not enough bath towels. No kitchen towels. Bed sheets stiff. One of the sheets was stamped with "property of US government"--was this army surplus? Jun 23, 2016 #### Lovely condo and perfect location Our family had a wonderful time staying in this condo. Check-in was quick and easy, getting to the condo and parking a breeze. We just had a set of stairs to lug our belongings down which did not cause any difficulties. Pros: - location -- close to Main Street, restaurants, gondola and the river trail (which was our favorite) and literally at the trailhead for Bear Creek trail. It was a short but beautiful walk to Town Park. - condo was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious enough for our family of 5 - washer & dryer and amenities - balcony seating - very welcoming management Cons: - the balcony railing was too far apart and a hazard for young children falling through. We had three young kids (all 3 could fit their heads through the rails) and it was stressful keeping the smallest safe - he could have easily slipped through and there was a large rock one level below he could have fallen on. - the immediate view is of a small pond that sits next to the river trail before the river. It looked like a mosquito breeding ground. Was not the prettiest pond but the trees and sound of the river were nice. - bring your own salt and pepper etc. We were surprised that there were no cooking basics. With good snow, you can ski practically from the condo (down the river path) to the Oak St. Lift, and there is a cat track off of Telluride Trail (ski run) that ends back at the street twenty steps from the front door. We had some issues with the fireplace and WiFi upon arrival, but Alpine Lodging was very responsive and fixed both within minutes to hours. It's location makes it easy to get to many attractions. We highly recommend it. The condo was very clean and had all the essentials, even laundry soap. It was a nice touch. All the beds were comfy. The only con for us was the leather sofa in the living. It wasn't very comfortable. It's not a deal breaker because we spent most of our time outdoors. However, we found ourselves fighting (friendly) Lol over the little sofa because ithat one was comfortable. The check in/out process was very easy and stress free.
