The quiet location is both close to the action and also tucked away into a quiet corner of town. You'll be just steps to skiing/gondola, shops, restaurants and Town Park. The Bear Creek hiking trail is right outside you front door.

You'll go down one flight of stairs to this condo's entrance which offers lots of space and a bench for ease of getting ready. The entryway opens to a spacious living and dining area overlooked by the fully stocked kitchen. The living area features a fireplace and opens to a patio overlooking the San Miguel River and River Trail. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Off of the living area a hallway splits the large king bedroom with an en suite bathroom (tub/shower combo) and a twin/split king bedroom.
