Contacting the person to check in was not the problem, the problem was getting a room that the air conditioning was not working at all not even turning on , I got changed to a last minute room where the person was still mopping and floors were all wet ended up being muddy. There was no reason given to this situation. The electricity went out at some point and the place has no generator to back it up , the rest of the buildings around it were supported. I bought food to have on the table and I found the surprised that a mouse had gone thru it . The bathroom door fell like it was coming off the hinge every time I opened it , this was reported and nothing was done about it , the place is outdated the couches are dirty , and the rules are not followed as the local caps had parties right in front of my window until late hours in the dirty pool they post in their pictures which doesn’t get cleaned . I was there for a family that was dying and didn’t have the luxury to look for other places as I was preoccupied with other things . I will Never recommend this place to stay

Tengo un reclamo pendiente pq no atendieron mi reserva y no logré ni siquiera llegar al lugar pq la dirección incompleta, lugar sin rotulación, no atienden teléfono de contacto, de envía mensaje para respuesta y nada!
