« Everything about the stay was 100% perfect, aside from the fact that children under age 12 were not allowed in the pool or hot tubs. This was a sad reality that we had heard about before we arrived, and which was confirmed to be a rigid policy after we arrived. This was naturally very frustrating for my almost-5 year old grandson, and for my 5 year old great-niece, seeing the rest of the entire family using the crystal clean pool and hot spring tubs every day. « Nothing fancy about this place, but it was perfect for what we needed - just a nice simple place for a nights stay near Death Valley. Gazing at stars was nice - mostly dark around, just a handful of lights from the neighbors. The beds are comfortable. « This little gem was going to be the centerpiece of our 45 hours driving road trip. We got in the pool and swam and tubbed and we were pleased and relaxed. The next morning we got up early and did the same thing. Good thing because an unexpected storm came up for the rest of the morning. « This place was very spacious inside. We felt like everyone had their own space for sure. The beds were comfy and the living room along with the kitchen was a good size! Also, Dave and his dog Keiko were very friendly when we saw them at check out and even took our family pic outside his blooming cactus! Overall, a very good stay for sure. Will stay again if I’m back out this way. »
