"Oscar and his wife’s hospitality were great, always with a big smile. They made us feel welcome from the beginning. Oscar’s English is also impeccable. Our 11 year old daughter enjoyed all the animals at the viña to include rabbits, dogs, chicks, canaries and a goat. Their welcoming home- made wine was also very good. We highly recommend this hotel."

There were several different phone numbers for communicating and it got confusing. Check in instructions could have been greatly improved by adding that the appartment would be unlocked and keys inside. "Beautiful property but needs some maintenance and some customer service training to the employees, contrary to other hotels that have amazing service like Casa Andina this place seems like they don’t really care about making guest feel welcome and happy.
