"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

"Really enjoyed my stay at Willa Cztery Pory Roku. About 25 minutes from start of Kościeliska Valley , and 15 minutes drive from Zakopane. My only negative point is that only one sachet of 3in1 coffee and one sachet of wild strawberry was at the room (i was staying 3 nights).And no cup , just a glass. But overall i had a really good stay."

They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. "I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."

"The time I've spent at this hotel was great.The room was big, beds comfortable, the food was great!The spa area was also very nice, with great views towards the mountain and ski area.Also, the outdoor heated swimming pool was a great feature, I had a wonderful time there during the night, with the snow resting on my head, great attraction.Highly recommend this place!"
