"An absolute gem of a hotel! The building is absolutely beautiful and feels like it has been there forever, even in the new parts. The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. They filter their water so you can use the taps no problem to brush teeth but they provide lots of bottled water as well. The location is perfect for exploring Stone Town, which is very safe to walk around on your own. The views of the ocean from the hotel are endless. And the staff goes above and beyond - everyone is helpful, always smiling and wants to make sure your stay is perfect. Our only regret is we didn't spend an extra few nights here. "

"Our stay at the Mora was awesome. Such amazing staff; very attentive and pleasant that is always smiling. All the staff were great - my stand outs tho were Maria (the restaurant manager), Chezalina and Anastasia. These 3 staff members made our trip very memorable with their caring and pleasant ways. Thanks for such a good time to all the staff; I’ll definitely recommend The Mora Zanzibar to my friends and family. Until next time🤗"
