We are located in the trendy Seminole Heights neighborhood and just minutes from downtown. Apartment provides lots of privacy and security with a gated courtyard entry. Our historic building was built in early 1920's with lots of modern upgrades. The apartment is loaded with amenities perfect for long or short term stays. Courtyard has a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Ample parking on both sides of building and have video surveillance. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication with maintenance and our spot wasn’t ready upon arrival. However, management was onsite made it right by switching us to a different space on the same property and was pretty quick about it. They must have been replacing the roof during our stay so it was noisy but not at night. There are bright lights on outside that bedroom window. Overall, it was a good stay and we’d stay there again.
