Sandhill cranes and two turtles visited up by the lanai regularly. This is an older home and shows its age in some ways. There were several items that didn't work and weren't fixed (ice maker, one smoke detector, one bike). The pool turned green, which was addressed, but it was out of use for a week of our stay. The owner said if we returned again, these would all be addressed. We really liked the location so near to Tampa and all its amenities and activities. Although close to just lots of retail and restaurants, we found there was a "back way" to many things which avoided a lot of the heavy traffic. If you stay in this area and are looking to attend some of the bigger attractions, like Busch Gardens, ZooTampa, Florida Aquarium and more, most are around 45 minutes away (except during commute times). Also, we highly recommend purchasing a CityPass-Tampa to save considerable money if you plan to go to at least two of them. ##### Georgia P.
