Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy • This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. • For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. • Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy • Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. • Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. • Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot. Guest Policy • No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. • Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. The host was incredibly welcoming and always went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was modern and comfortable, and the building had so many great amenities.
