No Party Policy • Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. ○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise Curfew Policy • Noise curfew: ○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) ○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends) • Penalties for violation: ○ First: Complimentary warning. ○ Second: $100 fine. ○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund. Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy • This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. • For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. • Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy • Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. • Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. • Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot. Guest Policy • No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. • Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. (Building Rules) \---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PACKAGES •We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment. I checked in shortly after check in and reached out to the host immediately to advise the unit was not clean.I’m talking visible stains on the sink, and floors, hair in the shower and on the floors. Just a really disgusting bathroom and floors throughout.The host advised cleaners had gone for the day and would come the next day which was unacceptable. I walked to Publix which was very close purchased cleaning supplies and Lysol and cleaned the unit myself. Not only was this unit not clean it is quite worn from the furniture to the bed.
